If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Order number or receipt must be provided

Not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items made to custom measurements


2. EXCHANGES

Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate an exchange, contact us with your Order Number via:

Once your request is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

a) Self-Ship

  • Courier the item back to us.

  • Clearly mention your Full Name and Order ID on the parcel.

  • Share the parcel image and tracking details via:

  • The shipping address will be provided after initiating the exchange request via WhatsApp or email.

b) Reverse Pickup

  • Pickup can be arranged from your delivery address for ₹250.

  • A payment QR code will be shared to schedule the pickup.

  • Your exchange will be dispatched once the returned item is received and inspected.

(Note: We offer only one time exchanges/returns per order)


3. RETURNS

a) Return Window

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.

b) How to Initiate a Return

Option 1 — Self Ship the Item

  • Courier the item back to our warehouse.

  • The shipping address will be provided after initiating the return via WhatsApp or email.

Option 2 — Reverse Pickup

  • We can arrange a pickup from your delivery address for ₹250.

d) Refund Method

Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, the amount will be issued as Store Credit (valid for 6 months).

Deductions from Store Credit (if applicable):

  • Delivery charges

  • Reverse pickup charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) fee

⚠️ Important: We do not offer monetary refunds for returns. All approved returns are issued only as Store Credit.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that international orders ( ANY ORDER OUTSIDE OF INDIA ) are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
